Jun tea is a effervescent, fermented drink similar to kombucha but is traditionally fermented using green tea and honey rather than a black tea and sugar.

This starter culture is made with local raw, wildflower honey, organic green tea and filtered water.

You’ll receive a starter culture that you’ll combine with ingredients you have at home (tea, honey and water), Simple instructions and recipe are included.
